Consultation, Coaching, and Clinical Supervison
Consultation, Coaching, and Clinical Supervison
Clinical Consultation, Coaching & Professional Support for Clinicians
I offer specialized consultation and coaching services tailored for therapists, graduate students, and emerging professionals who are seeking support beyond formal supervision. Drawing on over 18 years of leadership, supervision, and clinical experience across healthcare, training, and community based settings, I support clinicians navigating complex trauma work, ethical decision making, high acuity cases, burnout, and professional transitions.
I hold dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Adult Education and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Utah, and Maine. I am also a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor. Where appropriate and permitted by state regulations, I provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians and LCSW candidates through trauma informed, evidence based mentorship.
In addition to supervision, I offer clinical consultation and coaching, including
• Trauma informed case consultation
• Case conceptualization and treatment planning support
• Ethical decision making and high complexity case review
• Professional development and clinical growth coaching
• Licensure exam test preparation and individualized study strategies
I also provide career coaching for therapists and students seeking clarity around professional identity, licensure pathways, scope of practice, and long term goals. Consultation services may also include peer consultation and case review for licensed clinicians.
Finally, I offer burnout prevention and sustainability coaching, with a focus on emotional regulation, nervous system support, sustainable boundaries, and workload pacing, helping clinicians reconnect with purpose while preserving their capacity for compassionate, ethical care.
All consultation and coaching services are educational and consultative in nature and do not replace or serve as formal clinical supervision unless explicitly contracted and board approved. Services are provided virtually, allowing flexibility and accessibility.
