Drawing on over 13 years of leadership, supervision, and clinical experience across the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, and community-based programs, I support clinicians navigating complex trauma, ethical decision-making, high-acuity cases, and professional transitions.

I hold dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Adult Education and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Utah, and Maine. As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians and LCSW candidates, helping them meet licensure requirements through trauma-informed, evidence-based mentorship.

I also offer career coaching for therapists and students seeking clarity in their professional identity, licensure pathways, and long-term goals. I am also available for case consultation and peer review.
