Consultation and Clinical Supervison

I offer specialized consultation and coaching services tailored for therapists, graduate students, and emerging professionals. Drawing on over 13 years of leadership, supervision, and clinical experience across the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, and community-based programs, I support clinicians navigating complex trauma, ethical decision-making, high-acuity cases, and professional transitions.

I hold dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Adult Education and am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Utah, and Maine. As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Certified Clinical Supervisor, I provide clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians and LCSW candidates, helping them meet licensure requirements through trauma-informed, evidence-based mentorship.

I also offer career coaching for therapists and students seeking clarity in their professional identity, licensure pathways, and long-term goals. I am also available for case consultation and peer review.

Additionally, I provide burnout prevention coaching that prioritizes emotional regulation, sustainable boundaries, and nervous system attunement to help clinicians reconnect with their purpose and preserve their capacity for compassionate care.
