Individual Counseling
At Above the Tides, individual counseling is thoughtfully customized to support your unique goals, needs, and healing journey. We begin with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment to explore your history, current challenges, and areas of desired growth. From there, we collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Ongoing sessions provide a safe, affirming space to process emotions, build coping strategies, and create meaningful change at your own pace. Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, anxiety, ADHD, or life transitions, therapy is tailored to honor your voice and values.
